The tenant has access to two grills and a pizza oven. Electric vehicle chargers. Option to rent a boat for an additional fee.

Bright and airy basement apartment of about 90 square meters. The apartment is west-facing on Nøtterøy, right next to Vestfjorden. Large private garden with dining area and seating area in the sun. Inside, the apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a large corner living room with sleeping alcoves. In the living room, there is a large sofa, and 2 single beds in the sleeping alcove. You should bring your own bed linen and towels, but we have extras in case of need. It is 2 km to Tønsberg, and there are several nice beaches nearby.

Sports facilities and gym. There is a kindergarten, primary and secondary school. Here you will find playgrounds, 5-7 football pitches and forest. 2.5 km to the city center, 1.8 km to Fresh fitness.

The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom with modern amenities and is perfect for both short and longer stays. One 180-cm double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. 2 minutes to the pier and the square. 7 minutes walk from the train station. There is no private parking, but there is street parking throughout Tønsberg city center that can be used

Annex - Skipperstua

We rent an annex/skipper lounge located as a side building to the main house. Secluded with seperate entrance and outside space. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, porch, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sun loungers and gas grill. Quiet and quiet villa area with 300 meters to the sea with great swimming areas, marina and the great archipelago in Færder National Park. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, the garden is adapted, and is shared for playing and walking the dog.

Cozy simple cabin in idyllic area with lake view and good sun conditions (west side) rented out (April until Sept/Oct). The cabin is about 50 sqm, there are two bedrooms, and a kitchen and bathroom with indoor toilet. The cabin is surrounded by a lot of nature (and a neighboring cabin), a terrace and sun all day. Svelvikstranda is close by with sandy beach (shallow), rocks, kiosk and playground. To Tjøme center it is a 5 min drive. Havna Tjøme Hotel is located in the immediate vicinity where you can eat, or use the hotel's swimming pool and other facilities for a fee. New great restaurant and hiking opportunities at Verdens Ende, about 4 km away.
