Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment in a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the down side and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal path Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and chaise lounge ( suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and sunny.

Cozy cottage near the sea for rent

Cozy simple cottage by idyllic area with sea view and good sun conditions (west side) is rented (April empty Sept/Oct). The cabin is about 50 sqm, there are two bedrooms, and a kitchen and bathroom with indoor toilet. The cabin has a lot of nature around it, a terrace and sun every hour of the day. Svelvikstranda is close by with sandy beach (shallow), rocks, kiosk and playground. To Tjøme center it is a 5 min drive. There are also many nice bikes and hiking areas nearby such as World's End, Ormelet, Hvasser

In this space, your family can stay close to everything, in a fairly central location. It is 3min to bus stop, 7min to the city/train station in Tønsberg, 28min to Sandefjord Airport. 5mins to Teie Torv where it is from grocery stores, bank, church, bellevue center, pharmacy, hairdressing salon, clothes/shoes shops, car wash service. Sports facilities and gym. It is a nursery, children and U-school. There are playgrounds, 5-7 football fields, and forests. 2.5km to the city center, 1.8km to Fresh fitness.

Charming and downtown

Charge your batteries at this unique and quiet place to stay. The lovely backyard will take you back to the end of the 1800s for a moment There is only a stone's throw down to the marina and a short walk to Tønsberg pier with nice restaurants and other offers. Here you can also find many shops and the Farmand Strait nearby. Slottsfjell is also located in this area. It offers panoramic views of Tønsberg The train station is located about 12 min walk from the apartment with just over an hour to Oslo.

House with 40 meters coastline and private beach

Summerhouse with seaview and 40 meters coastline, beach, jetty, and property with hills, forest, outdoor sitting groups and viewpoints. Porch with heat-lamp. The summerhouse is situated on the car-free island of Veierland, an exclusive island and hidden gem in the Oslo-fjord, facing Roald Dahl's childhood island of Tjomoe (Tjøme). There is a 15 feet boat with 40 horsepower included that you can use to and from the mainland. There is also a big ferry that departs every hour from the mainland.

Calming place close to the sea.

Villaen ligger på idylliske Husøy på utsiden av Tønsberg. Husøy er en øy med ca. 1000 innbyggere. På øya vår har vi golfbane, flere badestrender, fotballbane og en vakker kyststi. Nærmeste strand ca 500 meter fra huset har brygge, strand, lekeplass og volleyballbane. Her går også Ole3 som er en ferje som går over til Husvik. Denne er gratis og man kan ha med sykler på båten. Nærmeste matbutikk ligger ca. 1 km fra huset. Det er 10 min fra Tønsberg og Tønsberg brygge med bil.

Anneks - Skipperstua

Vi leier ut et anneks/ skipperstuen som ligger som en sidebygning til hovedhuset. Adskilt med egen inngang og uteplass. Bra standard med kjøkken, bad, vindfang, stue og sove hems. Direkte utgang til solrik uteplass/hage med sittegruppe, solsenger og gassgrill. Stille og rolig villa område med 300 m til sjøen med flotte badeplasser, småbåthavn og den flotte skjærgården i Færder nasjonalpark. Mulighet for avtale om leie av gjestepass i lokal båtforening.

Soulful summer house by the sea

Outstanding soulful summer house by the sea with beautiful garden – and many a room with a view! A classic wooden house that accommodates the entire family. You can swim from our pier in a little bay and use our rowing boat. The house is close to nice beaches, walks and shopping. The place has been in our family in generations and we use it every summer ourselves. We love it and hope you’ll love it too.
