Vacation rentals with a kayak in Fajardo

Simone was an amazing host and the house definitely matched her energy. Inviting, calm, and prepared to give you a good time. Everything was as promised and perhaps even a bit better — my personal favorite things about the space was the cleanliness of the inside (and outside, even through the elements), the charm of the home and how it truly felt like staying at a relatives place, and the amenities. I’m Puerto Rican, born in Florida and this was mine and my families first time visiting the island. We could not have imagined staying anywhere else! Proximity to things was ideal and if you’re looking for a chill place to come back to after an action packed day or somewhere to kick back and take in the beauty of the island, I would highly recommend staying here. My only regret is not requesting more PTO to stay longer!

We had a fabulous stay! The views are spectacular! There is nothing but ocean out every window. The waves and ocean are so peaceful and pretty!!! The ac is in the bedrooms only. They are icy cold and make for a great sleep on comfortable beds. The huge ceiling fan in the living room, louvered door, and wide open balcony lets the ocean breezes blow thru, making it very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessaries, and is spotless. The bathroom was spotless as well, and we were so thankful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The balcony is super special. It was breezy and so beautiful! The hammock was a favorite, and there’s beach chairs and a cooler to take down. Osvaldo is a responsive host. His directions and instructions are very clear, and his photos are so helpful. It’s an old building, for sure. But his unit is amazing. Any guest will love it!

I'm familiar with some surrounding areas , beaches etc. perfect location private entrance gated lots of outside space cute cozy home comfortable , loved the area. loved the apartment would come back and rent from this place again.

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

Incredible view from balcony and nearby restaurant are excellent. Gianni is great immediate response every email and text. Definitely will stay here again next visit

A great place. The location is amazing. I love the back patio. The beach is fantastic and if you walk just a little bit you can get a ton of space to yourself. There were a lot of nice extras to take to the beach at the house. Carlos was a great host as well. We stayed during a huge power outage and we had a lot of back and forth communications with him. He was very helpful.

Jesse was a great host. The property is well kept, lush with vegetation and a nice salt water pool. There are several units that all seem to have a charm of their own. He gave us invaluable tips for places to eat or visit. Thanks to him we got to enjoy places off of the beaten path. His charisma and warmth made our first visit to Puerto Rico unforgettable. Would love to come back!

Let me tell you why you should close all those other tabs and book Jose's condo right now: Not only was this condo the nicest, cleanest, most well-stocked AirBnB my family has ever stayed in, it also has a generator. Now you, like me, are probably thinking "I'll just cancel my trip if a hurricane is on the horizon!" What you're not thinking about are the random power outages Puerto Rico experiences - the entire island lost power four days into our trip. Not a problem for us - the generator kicked in, and Jose was very prompt in answering my panicked texts about when I would need to get more fuel (never - the generator has a 130 gallon tank) and how to activate the water cistern on the roof (town water stayed on, so not necessary). So quite apart from the milk, coffee, tea, sangria, water, snacks and everything else that greeted us on arrival, Jose's condo was the absolute best place to be during a power outage. (And proximity to Laguna Grande, beaches, and snorkeling were great too!)
