Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as plot boundary. It has a terrace, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Bikes are included and there are different walking paths in the near. It is about 3.5km from the ocean and 9km to the center of Falkenberg.

The cottage has undergone a ground up restoration that was completed in the spring of 2022. It is a holiday home offering old world character with modern comfort .It shares a farm yard with another holiday house. It is situated in open grasslands which are surrounded by forests and lake with a rodboat that can be used from the 1 May- 1 Nov. Bedlinen can be ordered from us at 200SEK/person. Final cleaning can also be ordered at 1250SEK or the house can be returned to us clean after your stay.

Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

With less than 800 meters distance you reach Ästad winery which also has an amazing spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the stugan you will find a swimming area with the jetty. A few kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, an amazing hiking trail. But it's just as well for hiking around the amazing lake next to the cabin.
