We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

Cosy Countryside Cabin

Cosy Cabin set in a lovely rural location amidst beautiful countryside 5 mins drive to the historic town of Guildford and the pretty market town of Godalming. Bramley and Shalford villages are close by with quintessential English pubs and cricket green, numerous country walks River and Lake only a short walk or drive from the cabin. Safe and secure in a large well maintained garden with Horse Chestnut trees and lovely views all around. Somewhere to completely relax with birdsong to awaken you.

20 seconds from Farncombe Train Station (minimum of 2 direct trains to London every hour), this charming Victorian property - including off-road parking - comprises a beautiful open-plan kitchen/living room leading onto an established, well-maintained garden. Downstairs there is also an additional, cosy sitting room with log-burner, and a WC. Upstairs comprises a master bedroom, three additional bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. There is fast WIFI, Sky stream with movies , TNTsports and Netflix premium. On the ground floor In the laundry room you have access to the laundry facilities . The parking space is on the Farncombe Hill forecourt where EV charging is available . This Flat welcomes up to two well behaved dogs and there is a small garden at the back .

Newly refurbished studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Victorian Semi Detached House

Openness was the key theme to the refurbishment ; the Kitchen and Dining rooms merged into one with large doors extending this space further onto the patio. Space re arranged upstairs to include a bathroom and three separate bedrooms. STAIRS : Please not that this is a Victorian era two up two down house and as such the stairs are quite steep. Hidaloo. we recently commissioned the Hidaloo downstairs. This provide shower and downstairs toilet whilst taking up very little space.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
