Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. Located walking distance to many attractions. *Do not book if live in the Lexington Area without my approval. *Must be 21 years old to book *Free street parking *I allow 3 guests with added fee but do not recommend for more than 2 days. *My prices have gone up only because I have had bad luck with the guests that have booked with lower prices. I do now give discounts to my 5 star repeat guests!
