The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. The apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms with king size beds, a living-dining area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Terrace and garden are for exclusive use. From there, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach in a few steps.

The natural beaches of Altenteil and Bojendorf are about 4 km away. Shopping facilities can be found in neighboring Petersdorf or Burg. The house is new and modernly equipped. Everything you need for a good vacation is there. Two bedrooms with a double and 2 single beds as well as two shower bathrooms are available.

One of the few typical Fehmarn farmhouses, mostly preserved in their original state, of a formerly large-scale farm complex, which have shaped the rural image of the vacation island with their independent character.
