Great accommodation, close to Lake Balaton, shops, restaurants, but there are many places to order; the accommodation is in a good location. The railway is very close, so whoever is disturbed by the noise can be uncomfortable. The place is exactly like the pictures, the hosts are very helpful and kind. What's not clear from the listing is that this is actually two houses and the host in the other. But it wasn't any problem for us of course, we didn't even meet, we have the private space.

Márta truly is a great host. She welcomed us personally upon our arrival and was very kind and helpful. The house was really comfortable, spacious, clean and beautifully designed and decorated. During the endless hot summer days and nights, the indoor temperature of the house remained very pleasant. Everything we needed was present and in case we had any questions Márta made sure that we were instantly accommodated. The surroundings were stunning and very peaceful. The kids spend hours on end playing in the natural pool and exploring all that the orchard had to offer. At night we gathered around the firepit and watched the shooting stars fly by. We've purchased some of the local produce from the orchard to take home with us and we are still enjoying it today. And since it was only a short drive to Budapest, a day of sightseeing ending with instant relaxation has never been easier. Márta's place exceeded our expectations, we've had such a lovely stay so we can definitely recommend it!

The apartment matched the description perfectly. A modern and tidy and tidy apartment with its own little yard. Peaceful and good area. The decor is minimalist and nothing futile, it was a great fit for us. The landlord was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

I had a great two weeks in this lovely house. Jenő is extremely peaceful and authentically Hungarian. It's equidistant between Lake Balaton and Székesfehérvár, and only one hour from Budapest. It's the perfect location. The house itself was spotlessly clean and all the facilities, kitchenware, etc. were of a high standard. The WiFi was great. I was very comfortable here! The hosts were very welcoming and always extremely helpful. Thank you very much!

David is a great landlord, extremely friendly and flexible. The Owlyos Guesthouse is in a very cool location, the tranquility of the neighborhood is fantastic. The place was beyond anything else, even more amazing than the photos. Perfectly equipped, comfortable, clean and calm. We will definitely come back to it for more time. If you want to hide from the noise of the world, take time for yourself, it's the perfect place. Even the owls help you in the evening. On the terrace from the bedroom, the view of the Danube and the rising sun are a wonderful memory. I would highly recommend Owlos Guesthouse and her friendly host to anyone.

The room was as described and as well as the bathroom clean and tidy. The landlords are very nice and also very helpful. Can only recommend it 👍🏻 would book again immediately next time.

We had a wonderful three days at the place. Thanks to the equipment of the house and the pleasant atmosphere of the decor, it provides the perfect opportunity for couples to relax, recharge, or just to hide from the world. Thanks to the large hot tub in the back garden, cold autumn evenings are also pleasant. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. We'll be sure to go. We would like to highlight the flexibility of the landlord because our requests were met right away.

It was a true joy to stay at Andrea's place! The house is cozy and has everything we needed (and even more). Andrea gave us a very thorough explanation of everything upon arrival so our stay was super easy and comfortable. She also gave suggestions about nearby shops and restaurants. We even received a bottle of wine which we appreciated a lot. The house is clean, neat - maybe a bit too much deco for my taste, but the Christmas lights were just lovely. The jacuzzi is brilliant during the winter time - two small people like us could even sink under the water fully so we weren't cold despite the freezing weather. The water is just right: hot enough but not TOO hot. A short 5 mins away from the house, there is access to the Danube riverbank, with an own place to go out with a boat during the summer, or - as in our case - watch the sunset even during winter time. I'm sure the place has a lot more to offer during summer and we surely would come back with friends if we can arrange so
