We loved our stay in Fes. It was like being in a castle! So beautiful with a perfect mix of old and new. Highly recommended.

Great welcome from Hicham Hicham was very accommodating from start to finish (even when we forgot the keys inside the accommodation...) The accommodation is very well located for visiting the medina. Hicham was able to offer us excursions on Fes and surroundings We had a private taxi to visit Rabat, volutibis and meknes The next time we come to Morocco, we will avoid the Ramadan period because the days are shortened (shop closures, places to visit, taxis...) A tip to give about a week's vacation: choose different places to stay in multiple cities to optimize tours.

Clean, spacious and comfortable place, at all times you feel in a fairy tale, I recommend it 100% . On the other hand, all the very helpful, attentive and friendly workers. It's the perfect spot for a vacation.

This is a unique house created with intelligence and love. On the edge of the Fes medina it’s close to the buzz but far enough to be peaceful. We stayed 3 weeks in January with no need for a car. We had full sun and blue skies except for 1 day. We swam in the beautiful big pool everyday ( it was very cold, we are from northern Europe). It was chilly before 10am and after 6pm but the terrace and garden get plenty of sun. The bedrooms are all a generous size. Only 3 are en-suite. The dining room and communal lounge were a squeeze for our party of 9, it would be easier to enjoy the house on warmer days. This is a home not an hotel and more relaxed for it. Sanae the manager of the house is a warm, kind person we had the privilege to meet. She made us soup and prescribed cures for aches and pains. The memory of the beautiful garden, lemon trees, orange trees, olives and cacti will keep us warm for the rest of our winter.

Lovely place, in the heart of the Medina, well worth staying at if you're stopping in Fes.

We had a great time here! The Riad is gorgeous - the photo’s don’t do it justice. Our hosts spoke with our taxi driver at the airport over the phone, Nabila met us where the taxi dropped us off and guided us to the Riad through the maze of the Medina, and Nabila made a delicious breakfast each day. It was a great stay!

This was honestly one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in! I loved this little dar, with so many nooks and cute spaces to explore. The home was even better than in the pictures. Also Imane was an incredible hostess while we were there, helping with great breakfast, us find the apartment, recommendations, and teaching us to cook in the home! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Fes.

“Best place we’ve ever stayed” - my 15 year old twins. The word magical gets thrown around too much but that’s what this is. Beautiful and authentic with all the modern touches for a 5* experience (eg heated floors in the bathrooms). And the location in the heart of the medina is perfect. Zahrae, our concierge, is simply awesome. Always available, proactive and friendly. Same goes for Hensae and Zakaria. Thank you again for an unforgettable 2 days.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful riad. It is very centrally located in the Medina near restaurants, mini mini supermarkets and lots of shops. Really enjoy! Amina made many breakfasts for us, highly recommended. She also cooked for us and that was really the tastiest tagine with lamb and chicken we have ever eaten. Through Rachid we have planned many excursions, to Volubilis, to the Atlas mountains and quad riding. The permanent driver Abdul is very nice and drives really well and safely through the busy traffic. He also showed us many nice extras, such as feeding monkeys in the Atlas mountains, drinking tea in a cave with a Berber family and sampling camel milk. The first night we were lost in the 9300 streets of the Medina and then every resident wants to help. Fortunately, Rachid responded directly and guided us to our house via whattsapp. We had a lovely week, thank you!

Our stay was great!! The place looked exactly like the photos and Akram was extremely hospitable and responsive to us! The place was beautiful and provided us with an authentic Moroccan home experience plus more. Akram also provided us with a home-made breakfast the next morning which was absolutely delicious! Definitely stay here and I see why it was listed as a rare find! 10/10

Excellent host, very flexible and accommodating. My sister wasn’t feeling well, Dounia’s mother made her delicious Harira soup which helped with her symptoms. Will return when I visit Morocco next.

Fatima and her husband were the absolute kindest and best hosts we could have asked for. They genuinely treated us like family. My friend got sick for a few days and needed to go to the hospital and Fatima and her husband drove us and stayed with us to help translate. She kept reminding us that we are her like her kids while we’re here and that she wouldn’t leave them so she won’t leave us. Genuinely can’t thank them enough for their amazing hospitality. If you’re going to stay in Fes, I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! It’s in a great location and is very clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay! Thank you Fatima!

We already miss the house of Youssef, Siham and their children! The ogement is located on the third and top floor of their typical Dar of the medina. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Access to the terrace is almost private. And what to say about this welcoming and endearing family! Assia was able to make us discover the medina with a wide smile, Yacine was always there to welcome us, Youssef was always keen to connect with us and Siham cooked us tasty dishes (breakfast included and dinner extra if desired): the best restaurant in the medina for sure! In short, if you want to discover Fez and its region by immersing yourself in the life of a Moroccan family while having what you need for privacy, go there without a second thought! Our stay at the riad was wonderful. The room was very neat and all amenities were provided. The gentlemen in the riad were very welcoming and helpful. They thought along what we could do and recommended us a tour and hammam, which was both very nice! We greatly enjoyed our stay in Fez, thank you!

Our stay at Rachid’s place was great. The entire staff were very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everything smelled good and the building was clean, with the rooms in neat order. The breakfast provided was tasty and left us full in to the afternoon. And finally, both inside the building and outside was always very quiet with the bed being really comfortable! I’d highly recommend staying here if choosing to stay in the Medina.

Beautiful Riad! Just outside of Fes. Amine arranged a driver for us to take us into Fes Medina late at night without any problem. Had the most amazing tour of the Medina. Our stay was perfect. Big room with entrance to the swimming pool. Definitely recommend to book this AirBnB.

We enjoyed it a lot in this beautiful Riad. Really really friendly team, beautiful rooms and in the middle of the old town!
