There is a pedestrian zone, a harbor and a beautiful old town. It is only 50 meters to the East Frisian hiking trail. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. We shall supply a travel cot on request. The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

The holiday apartment is a single occupancy apartment in our own house, but delimited and with a private entrance. It is located on the ground floor of the house.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
