Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

A 6-minute walk from the tram and buses, you can quickly reach the Arena, the city centre or the Technopole. Just further away is the harbor and typical White House port. Whether you come to Brest for work, for a concert or for a few days of vacation, Ty Ni is the perfect anchor to discover Brest, the country of Iroise and northern Finistere.

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

You have a view of the Aiguilles de Portsall, the beaches of Tréompan, the entrance to Aber Benoît and the surrounding islands. 2000 m2 garden with terrace, garden furniture, fireplace, outdoor bar and barbecue, shared with a large house. A living area with living room, open kitchen, sofa bed (160 x 200) for 2 people, bathroom with toilet and a bed (90 x 190) for 1 person. Beautiful terrace facing the sea.

Ideal for lovers or solo travelers, lovers of sea bathing, surfing or hiking, this 37 m2 cabin built to the west of the Crozon peninsula enjoys an exceptional location: at the table, a panoramic view of the ocean, and 230 m away, Goulien beach. The interior, inspired by Scandinavia for its simplicity, functionality and brightness, offers all the desired comforts (including SATELLITE TV and Wi-Fi connection) and is more like a mini loft.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season cottage for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. Dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

You can also relax on a terrace allowing you to enjoy a sumptuous landscape as well as access to a private garden.

Located in the small town of Tréflez, quiet and green, it will only take you 5 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Keremma and the GR 34. Designed to accommodate 2 people, you can stay there independently while enjoying the view of the surrounding countryside.

Summer is a very popular season for us and to better manage arrivals and departures via our work, our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
