Well I had no choice but to give all 5 stars in order to get to this part of the review. I had to cancel my trip quite late in the game, so I can't honestly comment on any of the foregoing questions. However, I did want to give a shout-out to our host's fast, accurate and personable communications, including those that involved what might have otherwise been an awkward situation. Three cheers for Gauvin! I hope to book again next year and actually visit the place this time!

This is my 3rd year renting this lovely cottage from Denise. The cottage is clean, comfortable & well equipped. The screened in porch is my favorite space but the mini split (AC) was very appreciated given the super hot temps for part of my stay. Denise is very attentive & responds quickly to any inquiry. I have family nearby & so the location was ideal. Highly recommend! This place is a gem.

My husband and I along with our two dogs stayed at Shawn’s for a quiet getaway. The space is perfect, everything is exactly as described in the ad. The area is beautiful, quiet and secluded. Here you can sit out on the deck overlooking the river and watch the ducks in the water or enjoy the peace of nature. The home itself is spotless, this is easily the cleanest airbnb I’ve stayed in during all my travels! The kitchen is well stocked and the wood stove works great! The yard is big, spacious and private which worked out perfectly for our dogs to enjoy! We fell in love with the cottage and honestly never wanted to leave! Highly recommend Shawn’s cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the water.

We didn't want to leave!! From the moment we walked into Joanne's cottage we felt comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great TV selection and the sunroom was the best addition! We spent most of our time in the sunroom or on the back deck. The peace and tranquility of the property really makes you feel calm and serene. The only sounds were the birds, trees rustling in the wind and the water in creek. Super close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had the best relaxing weekend and can't wait to return! Great location! We had 4 adults, 4 kids, and two dogs and there was more than enough room. Everything we needed to cook our meals.

Please do yourself a favour and stay at Charlines Cottage in Rexton! It is a dream and has everything you need for a beautiful vacation! It is also very clean and comfortable. It is located in Rexton and there is plenty of things to do within abt an one hour drive. Charline is super helpful and replies quickly. We will definitely recommend it and if we ever come back to New Brunswick we would book it again! Lots of love from your guests from Germany!
