Enclosed private beach front garden, two outdoor dining areas, private parking in secure beachfront low level two story development. An authentic holiday home that sits right on a gorgeous beach with a great lagoon. Designed by one of the island most famous architect, it is a place where life equals serenity and happiness. Wake up to the sounds of birds, sip a brewed coffee under the coconut trees, dip in the stunning lagoon and lie back in the hammock. The house is serviced daily by our two lovely housekeeping ladies who take great pride in preparing delicious local dishes. Perfect for couple as it is for families.

Cozy

Newly built apartment on first floor with two bedrooms equipped with A/C, spacious living room with tv, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, whereas the ground floor is occupied by my family and I. The house is located 20mins drive to the Belle Mare public beach and 5mins walk to the pier, where you can take ferry boat to ile aux cerf(small island in the east coast famous for its beaches and water activities). This is not a luxury studio, it is an authentic and charming beach space where you feel connected to the beautiful nature of the east coast of Mauritius. It is ideal for a couple and includes a double bed, a kitchenette, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. It’s large front glass door gives you a direct view and access to the lagoon.

Waterfront apartment

Our apartment is in the first position on Roches Noires beach. Even though the neighborhood is developing, Roches Noires remains one of the most authentic beaches in Mauritius. You can enjoy the sea with peace of mind. However, within a radius of 1.5 to 2 km you will find a grocery store, bakery, greengrocer and 4 or 5 restaurants. You are between Grand Baie and Flacq and you can get there quickly by car.
