Mit U-Bahn Direktanbindung an den Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Fußläufig ca. 4min: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurants. Privates Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und WC. 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und ein großes Ausziehsofa im Wohnbereich vorhanden, somit 4 Schlafplätze. Keine Küche, jedoch Wasserkocher, Kaffeestation und TV vorhanden.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
