Private deck with grill, fire pit, parking space, washer/dryer, pack n play, waterfront gazebo (shared), picnic tables, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, pedal boat, fishing, ice fishing, ( bring your fishing gear, all water boating / kayaks /paddle boards, are ONLY available to use for staying / paying guests. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

You will have a 1-bedroom suite with a private entrance and fully stocked kitchen. Come and make yourself at home! A long driveway through the woods, takes you into a clearing, where you can experience the great outdoors year-round. It is park-like with lots of wildlife. Enjoy a breath taking view of the Flushing Valley Golf course. Our home is nestled on the 13th fairway. Your reservation is for access to the guest suite. This includes 1BR, 1BA, 1 LR with private access, and WiFi. Parking is included. Patio access is also included.
