The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, everything was very tidy and clean, we had some complications with TV but Mr. José Humberto was always on the lookout and was resolved, as well as the gentleman was attentive to our arrival and willing to answer any of our questions. It's an excellent place to enjoy as a family.

You will not be disappointed! Carlos and family made us feel right at home, even took the time showed us around, Carlos is quite the chef as well! Awesome barbecue !! I can’t say enough about the location and farm setting!! Carlos and son took us on a walk to a Beautiful river, showed us the farm and allowed use the use of the dogs!! Max and I became good friends and shared all the meals🤣 Carlos and his son was a personally involved with everything we needed! Highly, Highly recommended!

The apartment is just as described in the listing. The apartment is very comfortable, it has 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning and 1 with a good fan). All appliances work perfectly (2TVs, fans, ACs, stove, washing machine, dryer, WFI). Things we liked the most: private set, 24/7 guard, 2 baths, AC, and good location. My wife had to do several procedures in Florence and the place is perfect because it is very close to the city center, you can walk to the supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, hospitals, notaries, etc. The pool is available to guests, you just have to ask the guard for the key, we do not use it for lack of time. Brigiit is an excellent host. Very communicative from the beginning and always available to answer any question or requirement. Overall, our stay at the apartment was very pleasant. Totally recommended and would definitely stay at Brigiit's apartment again.

The reason for my trip was a hip dysplasia surgery of my pet at the El Nogal veterinary clinic. The place is petfriendly, five minutes drive from the veterinarian, it is close to the super metro market, in the block there are 2 shops, it is super surrounded by shopping venues, bakeries and restaurants. It's about 15 minutes from the mall and super close to downtown. The beds are super comfortable, the weather is very cool, the kitchen is enough equipped for what I needed, has laundry, closets, iron and a quite comfortable sofa bed. Although it is not possible to leave the car inside the community it is very safe so I could leave it in front of the apartment. I was offered streaming services like netflix and prime. The hosts get back to you very quickly and they are very friendly. Overall, it's a great place. I look forward to returning for tourism.
