Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Florida Keys

This review is for Vacasa and whomever the actual owner is. We loved this spot. I stayed with my Dad and were very comfortable, except glad that a few things did not come to fruition. Pros: Great house, great location. Comfortable for 2 people. Vacasa was good to work with. Lots of appliances. Cons: 1. The stove/oven did not work while we were there. Thankfully Vacasa was responsible enough to compensate us for this, but told me that the owner did not want to compensate us because we were paying such a low rate. We stayed at the end of November for a week for $2,168. For our budget, that was no kind of a low rate to not be able to cook on the stove and the oven. I'm glad there were not more than two of us and too much food did not get wasted. That would have really caused us to spend way more on the trip. 2. As far as we could tell, there is no air vent in the smaller front room. Glad the weather was hospitable, because those would have been some hot nights and days. 3. The second bathroom is entered through the bunkbed room. Just makes for an awkward bathroom sharing situation if you have to pass through someone else's bedroom. 4. Absolutely no food related condiments are provided, not even salt and pepper.

We had the perfect vacation! Love the location and the amenities of Key Colony Beach. The place was great for relaxing. I only wish we brought our dog..

Enjoyable stay with me and my family it was very family friendly house. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the warm weather. I would recommend for families with kids.

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

We stayed here on a family trip to the keys with my family and my boyfriend’s family. We had a fantastic time! The Airbnb was well located and beautiful in the inside! The canal access with boat slip was very nice as we rented a boat while we were there. There was loads of room and space for us to spread out without feeling like we were stepping on each other‘s toes! It was also Extremely clean. I will say that it was a little difficult to keep the place air-conditioned in the evening if you had the sunshades up. As the sun reflects directly into the property during the afternoon hours. Another small problem we had was with a few of the door locks and handles. It seems like one of the locks was a little difficult to open as the handle was not fully or correctly attached to the door. (Pull up the handle instead of pushing down and you’ll be able to get through it. )But other than that, the stay was amazing! I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

This home was more than we expected. The photos don't do it justice. It was very large and accommodating for 4 adults and 4 children. The kids had the upstairs to themselves, and adults downstairs. Very friendly neighbors, good fishing for the kids. They had plenty of towels for beach/pool activities, and as well for the 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen utilities were a plus a well! We will definitely visit again! Thank you for an awesome trip!!

Terrence and his wife are great hosts. This was my 2nd time staying there and I will book his place again, they make you feel right at home. I likemany things about their place including the peacefull neighborhood. I highly recommend the hosts and their house.

Loved the views and they always responded to questions and concerns.

Unterkunft in Top Lage zum Strand und Ocean Drive. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Desde principio a fin, todo perfecto! El departamento resultó muy cómodo, con gran vista a la playa y a la bahia, todo en muy buen estado. La anfitriona respondio siempre muy rapido y de modo diligente. El personal del edificio muy amable y siempre muy bien predispuesto a dar colaboracion. Los espacios comunes muy bien cuidados y en optimas condiciones de uso. En resumen, volveria sin lugar a dudas!!!!!

This home was quaint and cozy. Very clean and private which I appreciated the most. The pool and fountain were beautiful especially at night with the lights. However, the paid washer and dryer leaves something to be desired. Very small room and the machines are easily wonky I couldn’t even wash a small load due to the machine not pouring water out at all since it was apparently leaning. Cool spots in the area and a quiet neighborhood though. Overall good experience minus a few inconveniences.

Paradise! This is the spot. The accessibility is great, the location is perfect, and the apartment is cozy and accommodating. A+ accommodation.

We have visited Marco several times over the years and absolutely love Riverside condos. This unit in particular was perfect! View, location and amenities were fantastic. Hosts John and Theresa were very responsive to any questions and felt like they truly care about their guests. Restaurants are all walkable - along with shopping at Rose Marina! The wagon that was provided was a game changer for us hiking out to tigertail beach. Perfect stay all around!

All around great host and great property as well. In a world where people don’t feel the little things matter, Carmen made sure they do. Went out of her way to make sure her place felt like home to me. I’ve had my share of bad experiences w Airbnb’s. Carmen exceeded expectations. Fantastic stay! The place was exactly like the pictures and the view from the living room and master bedroom was amazing. Everything was squeaky clean and ready for our stay. Plenty of towels (bath and pool), small soaps and shampoo/conditioner for our use. The beds are very comfortable and the sofa even has a pull out if needed. There is plenty of parking and once we checked in and had the parking pass for the car the guard at the gate waved us in. Very quiet in spit of the construction that is happening on the ground floor. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Easy access to the main road and 15 minutes to Key Largo for diving. Would highly recommend!
