There is a place for sunbathing with sun loungers and a refreshing shower. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30 Pets are allowed by agreement.

Very beautiful green courtyard with a cozy seating area and barbecue. In a quiet place. A kilometer from the house is a shopping mall with supermarkets, boutiques, a cinema, a children's area and food courts. 2 km from the sea with well-maintained beaches, restaurants, swimming pools, and playgrounds. There are two houses on the territory: the main and the guest house. An apartment is set in a guest house on the 2nd floor.
