Historic 1920 log cabin. The Van Horn Inn

A Step back in time. Mr Van Horn hand built this log home from timber and rock mined in the valley. There are wonderful hiking trails to the waterfalls. One block to store and restaurant. Short drive to Jenks Lake to fish. Drive up to Big Bear and Arrowhead lake. Then enjoy a night by the massive rock fireplace. Short drive to neighboring Redlands and Yucaipa. During snow, 4 wheel drive with chains will be necessary. New remolded bath and forced air heat! The Van Horn Inn 🌲🐻

Our private suite is clean & welcoming with a private studio-like floor plan with its own entrance. My wife and I are working professionals who love to host and meet new people. Our home is located within one hour of 36 hospitals & one hour to several universities including Riverside, Redlands, and CBU. Cabazon shopping outlets are 15 minutes away. Lovely Palm Springs about 38 minutes. Golfing, shopping, desert, mountains, food and more is at your fingertips!
