Nice one bedroom, ground floor condo unit renovated in 2018. Granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances, flat screen tv, cable, wi-fi, are just a few of the things you will find here. 2 beach tags, off street parking (assigned, for one car) and 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk (7 min walk) are some additional benefits.
“My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old son. The location was perfect walking distance to the boardwalk and pier. I also liked that the outside patio was fenced off to give some privacy, and to safely allow my child to roam outside without worry of the nearby traffic. We also loved that he had a washer/dryer in the apartment as with a small child things often get dirty. We cooked in a few times and we had everything we needed to at hand. Roger was very accommodating in allowing us to stay an extra night last minute as well. He was quick to respond to questions via text & checked in on us here and there. We would absolutely love to come back and stay at Rogers place again next year!”
**Due to current restrictions with COVID-19, there is a temporary minimum stay of 7 nights. ** The house may look small on the outside, but it is plenty spacious on the inside. 3 bedrooms with an open area that includes a full kitchen that flows in a large living room with TV and a couch. You will really enjoy the rear deck which is right on the water! Take in the beautiful sights or go out on the water with the paddle boards I have provided or bring your own water toys!
“We had a terrific time staying at Paul’s cottage. We ended up extending our reservation through the entire quarantine! The area is gorgeous with sunsets on the lagoon, swans and geese to feed, even turtles. The private beach is very close by but requires private club membership (especially on the weekends). There is a county park 2 blocks away with various activities. We enjoyed spending time playing pickle ball, the local favorite. The cottage itself has everything you may need and is very comfortable. Brand new foam mattresses are a really nice touch! And we enjoyed all the shore-themed decor pieces. Would gladly be back!”
This little farmhouse Indie gem will allow you to step back in time. Historic and lovingly furnished, this home is also eco friendly and peaceful. The Borough of Island Heights is a quiet enclave off the beaten path and home to sailing enthusiasts. Right now, there are restrictions in town related to COVID which excludes short term rentals. The house may only be rented for extended stays. Please inbox me for details. Thank you and be well and stay safe.
“This is a lovely, quaint, old-fashioned shore beach house, just a few blocks from the boardwalk and river. Lots of neat architecture around and a few shops within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. One caveat: the only bathroom is upstairs, so might not be the best choice for elderly or disabled. Otherwise, a good value.”
