Very clean and comfortable. super convenient to the train station, groceries, and the town center. The neighborhood is quiet and on Saturdays the weekly market is right outside the front door. Most of all Vincenzo was very kind, friendly and helpful! He showed me around Cassino pointing out good places for sfogliatelle, pizza and carbonara. A positive experience - non vedo l'ora. I will come back.

The apartment is nice and well equipped. I have a stay with 3 other people and I have to say that the spaces are right. The two air conditioners were essential to freshen up the house. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and thorough. The only downside of the area is paid parking, but this doesn't depend on the apartment of course.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Great place to visit Sperlonga and its surroundings

We came here with children for the second year in a row! Because this apartments with their own garden, not far from the beach and the center, near a supermarket and a bakery - an ideal place for a family vacation with kids. The host is always ready to help and answer, Vincenzo and Ornella, who met and supported us on the spot, were attentive and ready to help if necessary. Few negative little things (mentioned in other reviews already) did not have a significant impact on the wonderful impression of the place and we would love to come back here again! Grazie mille!

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

We were very happy. Alessandro is a very nice and helpful person. The house is beautiful and is in a very convenient place, 7 min walk to the sea and 2 to get to the city center. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back

Giovanni was a great host and the apartment was very relaxing with beautiful scenery.

The villa is a minute's walk from the sea (50 meters). Clean with amenities. Air conditioning inside (at night it is not necessary the house remains cool) and shower outside are very useful. BBQ grill, deck chairs, sun loungers, veranda where you can have lunch and dinner listening to the sound of the sea. Quiet area and beach service on the right of the beach really friendly. Comfortable parking spot. Marco is available, courteous, always kind and willing to meet guests. Great I would say. Thank you

Impeccable apartment, perfect location a stone's throw from Serapo beach. Alessia and Tania are very kind and super helpful. We arrived after a long trip with two small children and found all the comforts possible, which is not at all obvious

Great availability from the host. Excellent structure, cared for, cozy and above all equipped with everything you need. Great location and well connected with nearby activities. I would definitely go back.

Very small apartment but equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in three. Care in every detail: from home products, to heating and ventilation systems. Whatever you needed in the apartment was there. We enjoyed the Pass for parking and proximity to places we were interested in. Anna Rita is very kind and available to provide us with information about restaurants and various.

The accommodation matches the photos, I would say even better than expected. The house is very close to the sea and is really beautiful: spacious greenery for our dogs (who loved the madness running through the garden), a small terrace where you can eat with greenery around and a clean and correct accommodation (we were in 4 and 3 dogs and we had a great time). Outside there is a shower, an oven/fire pit, a pump and car space (there are two cars, a Twingo and a Citroen entrance). The other villas around made the area not too secluded. Just look as described to the speed cameras along the way (but in general throughout the coast). The owners were responsive to our requests and very courteous. From the accommodation we easily moved to the surrounding areas necessarily by car. In short, if you want a place in a strategic location, that is quiet, spacious and close to the sea, suitable for children and animals (fenced all over the perimeter) choose it!

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

Giacomo’s place is exactly as it is advertised, the pictures are completely accurate, and he is a very friendly, responsive and helpful host! He gave us several recommendations for activities and places to eat, which were all excellent. The place was easy to find, there is plenty of parking, the house was completely spotless when we arrived,, and the air conditioning was easily enough to cool the whole place even with the temperatures hitting 40C (with humidity). He has two dogs which are very friendly and were a hit with the kids. The pool is salt water and is absolutely amazing after a day out on the beaches or sightseeing. If we are ever coming to this area of Italy again, we would not hesitate to stay here again .

beautiful apartment, as soon as you walked in there was a beautiful fragrance that was well cleaned and furnished. Breakfast included with packaged products, if you want something fresh in front of the apartment there is a bakery /pastry shop that makes great cookies (and much more )... we stocked up before we left. Denis is very kind , always available and very respectful in respecting our privacy once you enter the property. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place in a great location!

Great accommodation for visiting Formia and Gaeta, close to many services and restaurants (within a few minutes' drive). Comfortable and well-organized house, in a residence, on the ground floor with independent entrance. Perfect for a family like ours (parents, two daughters, a dog). Nice neighbors. We found the fridge with cold drinks and a courteous welcome. Our 38 kg Labrador Argo had a great time, thanks also to the fenced outdoor space. Every day we went for a walk to the nearby Roman Porticciolo and inside the Gianola Park (within walking distance). Early in the morning, the dog often bathed. The park offers picturesque routes on the sea and interesting Roman ruins. Inside there are activities for children and adults (during our stay there was a concert on the beach of Porticciolo Romano). In the vicinity of the house there are several cats, but the presence of the dog kept them away. Highly recommended.

We were accompanied by the address indicated to the apartment by Mrs. Sonia, who was immediately very kind and helpful, along with Roberto, throughout the stay. The area is really very quiet and the balcony view opens to valley. In general, all the spaces in the room were spacious, bright, and clean. The bathtub was greatly appreciated, although we were unable to activate the hot tub (I don't know if due to actual problems or our incompetence). Various products have also been provided for both bathing and cooking, so even for longer stays there would be everything you need. For check-out the owners were really very permissive, as there were no reservations for the next day. If you are driving, Lenola is definitely an excellent base to visit nearby areas as well, such as Gaeta. Absolutely recommended for those looking for peace!

Marianna was amazing, so responsive, helpful and very sweet. Any questions we had were answered immediately. The views are stunning, it’s very walkable both for exercise, tourism and for restaurants and centro storico. I would return 100%!
