“My fiance and I were looking for a remote cabin with a gorgeous view and that is exactly what we got! We're currently living in Austin, Tx and needed an escape from the fast paced and noisy city life - My fiance had never been to Arkansas so I knew I'd have to go all out and show him the Ozarks and it was perfect that I found this cozy cabin in the woods. It was exactly what we needed to reconnect with nature and slow down if only for a few days. I really loved the cool floral pictures and cabin as well as the deck overlooking the tree line. The firepit was actually pretty good compared to some I've used, very large ring with a good amount of rocks so the chances of it going outside where you intend it to is very low! 🔥 Barbara replied super fast and made sure we knew she was right there in case we had questions or needed anything. We're a pretty shy, quiet couple so we appreciated that the option was there. Very good hospitality! That little town Mtn View is a must! There are tons of antique shops with crazy good deals and cool finds. Moon Rock coffee is THE BEST, especially the Ozark Freeze. The woman working there is really friendly and all about exploration. Rainbow cafe is super good if you're looking for good old fashioned comfort food, and the owner is a very sweet woman. Everyone in that town is very kind and all smiles - something you don't get much at all in the city! We will definitely be back!!”

“Xavier’s cabin was the perfect getaway! It was very close to a nearby highway (so it was easy to get to) but it was located down a gravel road and tucked in enough that it had a remote, private feel to it. It was well-stocked with all of the main kitchen essentials you would need, which saved us a lot of hassle. Sparking clean and very cozy. He was also very communicative and helpful. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!”
The R&R cabin is about two miles from the Ozark Folk Center. It's at the end of a country road just off the main road to the Folk Center. It's a secluded location with convenient access to the Folk Center, downtown Mountain View, and it's on the way to Sylamore and Blanchard Springs. The cabin is very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
“This was a great find on Air BnB! Secluded and yet close to everything, it's clean, comfy, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Friends of ours shared the cabin with us and we were so happy with each couple having a private bed and bath, plus all the amenities of home, including a fully equipped laundry room and kitchen. Everything was working and user friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”
