Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Stylishly furnished apartment in a quiet location. Perfect for hiking in the Teutoburg Forest, or for cozy evenings on the terrace, overlooking the small garden, which is completely fenced. Ibbenbüren city center is 3 km away and within walking distance. A fully automatic coffee machine is also available. One double bedroom is available, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Direct parking is available right in front of the house.

Our smoke and pet-free fitter's apartment/holiday apartment is located on the first floor. A shaded roof terrace invites you to linger on warm days. It is secured with a gate at the stairs. There is a soapstone stove for cozy hours in the living area. The Emsland can be explored very well by bicycle. After a few hundred meters, you are in the middle of the surrounding fields. Since we have 2 outdoor cats, it may be that they come to visit

The lake house is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modernly equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft nets, which allow a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.
