The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with its own entrance. For the layout, see the floor plan. The house includes a large, quiet garden, which can of course also be used. There are plenty of parking spaces on the property (can accommodate 4 cars). Central location, pedestrian zone, restaurants, and shops right nearby. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Dear Vacationers, i rent a lovingly furnished 50 sqm apartment for up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 -2 dogs in a romantic Wurtendorf on the North Sea. Our village is a small circular village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest at my place and has enough space to let off steam. The garden belonging to the apartment is completely fenced up.
