Die sonnige Terrasse mit anliegendem großen Schuppen erlaubt gemeinsam das Frühstück im Freien zu genießen. Es verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung, sowie über einen Abstellraum. Anliegend befindet sich ein privater Spielplatz. Nehmen Sie nach Möglichkeit ihre Fahrräder mit. In Barßel gibt es auch einen Fahrradverleih.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The "Thea" townhouse impresses with cozy retreat corners, such as the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a tea.

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Papenburg, Werlte, Friesoythe and Sögel can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The North Sea in just over an hour. Esterwegen, as a resort in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike rides and relaxing walks at or to visit the memorial with the adjacent moor experience trail.
