There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the residence. Marina close by, garden at the front of the residence. The home is located in a quiet residential area, so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking not allowed due to allergies

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Road all the way up. The cabin with an annex is located alone in the forest by a small water. Large terrace. Here it is completely quiet and you only hear the sounds of nature. Nice hiking and bike opportunities just outside the door. The swimming area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood-burning stove and views right out on the water and nature around. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you can just open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

The cabin is secluded, and gives you the feeling of being completely alone - perfect for those who want peace, relaxation and a break from everyday life. The area offers great hiking terrain, calm waters, and good opportunities for swimming, fishing and canoeing. There is little traffic and no noise - just birdsong and the rustle of the trees. At the same time, it is a short distance to the train station at Nelaug, with connections to the Sørlandsbanen and Arendalsbanen.
