Vacation rentals with beach access in Gagra

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

Nana is very hospitable, always in touch and ready to help, her brother met us and advised us on several places where you can go for lunch, the apartment is clean and very cozy, the apartment had everything you need for a long stay, next to the apartment there is a national park and a lake, there is also a beach nearby, we were satisfied with the accommodation, also Nana's brother took us to the bus station and helped us with suitcases, thank you :)

Perfect place for a stay in September.

Lovely apartment in the most convenient place of the city! The house is located on an eucalyptus alley just steps from the beach. There are good cafes and restaurants, several grocery stores, a pharmacy within walking distance. Apartment with a wonderful designer renovation and a great view of the sea! The heated floor and air conditioning allow you to maintain a comfortable temperature in all weather conditions. The apartment has everything you need! In general, everything! Even a first aid kit and a seat on the toilet for the baby. We have never seen such a thoughtful and comfortable place to stay, although we often stay in apartments while traveling. It feels like home. We sincerely thank Ilya and Tatiana! We wish you prosperity and a clear sky above your head🕊

Natia's place was great! The house was new and very clean. Location was also very convenient. Would like to visit this place again!

The apartment was lovely, renovated. Located in a quiet neighborhood, there is a store nearby. The electricity was not turned off. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, a good kitchen with everything you need ,where you can cook. We were in the winter, so the problem of the warm apartment was relevant. Konstantin took care of it in advance. The bathroom and kitchen have heated floors, one room has a heater, the other is heated. The heater was big enough for the whole family to swim. The internet is good, lots of TV channels. Separately, I want to say a few words about the owner of the apartment. The person is very respectful, responsive, punctual. I recommend it to everyone.

The communication with the host, Sali, was very easy and friendly and her mother, with whom we shared the garden, was very welcoming and pleasant. The house is located near the main road, and 150 meters away from the beach, which is very convenient. The beach was cleaned every day the water was quite clear. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets, which is quite convenient in the hot sub-tropical summer. მადლობა 🙂

It's a great spot. Right on the beach, which is absolutely mind-blowing. The beach is wonderful & not too crowded - very friendly stray dogs, which were a fun bonus. We are thinking about repeating this stay next year! Three small suggestions: 1) grass with thorns in the backyard - wear your sandals at all times . 2) bathroom downstairs can be upgraded 3) a bit more more pots and pans in the kitchen would be nice. Overall, it was a great and laid-back mini-vacation in a beautiful spot.
