Apartment is located on the first line from the sea. There are many shops, cafes, canteens within walking distance 50 m from the beach. On the beach, even at the peak of the season is quite free. In November they made a complete overhaul, new furniture and European plumbing fixtures. We did it just like we did for ourselves. I myself live in Rostov, it is an apartment for rest. Air conditioning. Cozy outdoor balcony,where you can spend time in the morning and evening. Near the waterfront,water park, market,in the house shop 24 hours. There is an extra bed (cot). 4th floor in a five-story building.
