One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

The "Roost" is located on Main Street just one block to the Roosevelt Arch. The main house on the property is a Stone house built in 1902 . The "Roost" was originally built as a garage, then converted to a barber shop in the 1930's. It now has been "back dated" to a cozy "cabin". ***This is a very tiny cabin only 210 square feet, it can only fit a full bed. ***The bathroom is super tiny, the shower is 32X32 inches
