The constantly renovated and modernly furnished 55 sqm apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bright, friendly dining area with a kitchen, a cozy living area with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with a tub and an integrated shower and a terrace with a water view for social barbecues. You can relax in your own boat, which can be chartered depending on availability. The associated jetty is located just 100 meters from the apartment.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

A spacious apartment for 4-6 people in the Renaissance estate Üselitz on Rügen. Gut Üselitz is a listed 16th-century mansion. The house is situated in the middle of a likewise listed park, which is exclusively accessible to holidaymakers. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
