“Comfortable, clean cottage on the river with a personal sauna perfect after a hike or chilly evening! Peaceful and quiet although during our stay no one was renting the house that abuts the cottage. Good location near hiking and hot springs. Bed and other furniture were very comfortable. Hosts were good communicators and helpful tips provided. Note: small hibachi for cooking provided. bring your own grill or campstove if you need more cooking area. There are a few restaurants nearby.”

“Ken’s place head to toe was clean, comfortable and charming. I booked four nights and due to travel hiccups I was o my able to stay three. Ken was there to greet me and go over everything I needed to know. The space is a lot larger than I expected and was sparkling clean. I would books Ken’s place again in a heartbeat. Great value and very peaceful.”
A calm spa-like atmosphere to escape from everyday hectic life. Climb the spiral staircase to the loft with queen bed overlooking the river. Well-appointed master suite with king-size bed. Open floor plan. Modern appliances. Deck and patio with hot tub overlooking river.
“My husband and I stayed here to get away from the city and enjoy the outdoors, the hot tub, and lack of people. The area and house were beautiful and we loved the sound of the river. The weekend was exactly what we were hoping it would be! We both highly recommend staying here if you are also looking for a little forest getaway. I do recommend bringing your own food or being prepared to drive a bit for food because all the restaurants we tried in the area were just okay. We hope to come back when the weather is a bit warmer and explore more of the trails in the area.”
