Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

We are in a friendly and quiet suburb Livi, exactly 4.5km from the city Cesis and 3.5km from the longest ski slopes in Latvia (Ozolkalns & Zagarkalns).

Come and discover our charming Cottage in a peaceful and green area. After a walk on the Great Kangari trail, enjoy a sauna at no extra charge. Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.
