A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

Öncelikle eve giriş ve çıkış aşırı rahat. Ev sahibi samimi ve yardımsever. Merkez de olması her şeyi çok kolaylaştırdı (ulaşım, yemek vs). Ev düzenliydi ve gayet büyüktü. Çalışma masası yeterliydi. Yatak gayet rahattı benim için. Televizyon çalışıyor ve iş görüyordu. Sadece biraz yavaştı. 5. katta olması biraz yorucu çünkü asansör yok ama kuryeler yukarıya çıkıyor yani yemek-market vb siparişi geçerseniz yorulmuyorsunuz. Mutfaktaki buzdolabı oldukça yeterliydi fakat mutfak araç-gereçleri fazla temiz hissettirmedi ki bunun normal olduğunu düşünüyorum. Banyo da evin fiyatına göre yeterliydi, pek bir sorun yaşamadım duş alırken. Kombisi de oldukça yeterliydi. Kısaca beğendim ve kısa-uzun fark etmez gezileriniz için iyi bir seçim. Ev temizdi ama bazı geliştirmeler yapılabilinir temizlik anlamında. Onun haricinde gayet güzeldi. Kesinlikle memnunum. Tekrar uğradığımda yine kalmayı planlıyorum.

Serkan's apartment is quite unique. The location is excellent: a vibrant neighborhood with excellent bars and restaurants, but also great places for kids such as a part, a basketball court and access to a Bosphorus walk. Still, the house is a bit protected and does not get any of the noise of these places. the apartment is quite special, very well structured, lots of space and 3 bedrooms, which is very rare in Istanbul! If you are travelling with kids/family, this is the perfect place for you!

Очень приятная и просторная квартира, домашняя атмосфера, приятная планировка. Хост - доброжелательный, ненавязчивый и внимательный. Общались на английском через мессенджер без проблем. Пошел навстречу с нашим слегка поздним чек-аутом. Само место - топ. Удобный диван, рабочая чистая кухня. Приличный сан-узел. Локация - пожалуй наилучшая для туристов: Легко добраться, красивый район, рядом много разных кафешек. Топ! очень довольны, что выбрали именно эту квартиру!

Our stay was very pleasant. Albana is very welcoming and responsive. She checked us in at the appointed time. When we had any questions, she answered us immediately. The apartment is the same as shown. The atmosphere makes you feel at home. The area is pleasant. On the ground floor there is a Carrefour and a beauty salon, where we got our hair done. There is a bus stop about 6-7 minutes away. The nearest mall is a 30-minute walk away. On the other side of the boulevard there is a pharmacy, cafes, and pastry shops. I recommend Albana and her apartment 10/10.

We had a great time! The house is suitable for children and dogs. Our dog loved the garden! Living area looks like small in the pictures but it was more than enough for 4 people. We did not have any problem with heating stystem and hot water. Communication with the host was very easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Super hôte, je recommande. Tout a été très simple grâce aux instructions claires, à la communication facile et à la réactivité de Levent. Il est très arrangeant et la maison correspondait à la description.

Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. Öncelikle evin dekorasyon ve tasarımı gerçekten muhteşemdi. Gerçekten çok sıcak bir ortamı vardı. Konuklar için her detay düşünülmüş. Sunulan ürünlerin tamamı vegan ve çevre dostu ürünler olması önemli bir detaydı. Serin sayılabilecek bir haftasonu olmasına rağmen kombi ile rahat biçimde ısındık. Gökçe & Derya konuklarını gerçekten "konuk" olarak gören son derece nazik ve yardımsever insanlar. Bize her konuda hızlı biçimde dönüş sağladılar. Sundukları olanaklar ve yardımları için teşekkürler.

Bizim için çok güvenli ve konforlu bir konaklama oldu,kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünebiliriz…

Ev mükemmel bir lokasyonda. Metrobüse 200m ve Kadıköy 1.5km isterseniz yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Gece metrobüs ile dönüş çok kolay oluyor evin konumu sebebiyle. Onun dışında ev gayet temiz, eve giriş gayet kolay ve güvenlikli bir sitede olması sebebiyle içiniz rahat olabilir. Balkon geniş ve çok keyifli. Ev sahibi son derece ilgili. Kapalı otoparka araç giriş çıkışı konusunda sistemsel bir sorun yaşadık, ev sahibine telefon açtım anında halletti. Her şey için teşekkürler. Bir sonraki seyahatlerimde tekrardan tercih edeceğim.

Melih's place was exceptionally good! Booked this apartment because of the cozy and homey feel it had, and once checked in, it did not disappoint. Melih was very responsive from the first request, incredibly friendly and helpful host, offered to go above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable unique one in a city I often visit. The check in was smooth and very flexible. As soon as I got to the apartment, I was in awe of how well it was thought of, how clean it was, and I mean extremely clean (this is coming from an OCD person for clean places). there was everything you need for a comfortable stay that felt like staying at a family home. The location is also very convenient as described. Every single detail in the apartment, from the toiletries in the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the ornaments and artwork in the entire apartment, and oh, the googly eyes on simple imperfections to make them humorous, and I cannot stop mentioning how clean the floors and carpets were. Thank you!

Gerçekten beklediğimden daha güzel bir ev ve konumdaydı. Ev sahibinin yardımı ile hiç zorluk çekmeden güzel bir kaç gün geçirdim. Kendi evim gibi rahat ve huzurlu hissetim. Tekrar gelecek olsam hiç tereddüt etmeden gelirim. Herşey için teşekkür ederim
