This monumental building is located in the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you will taste the authentic atmosphere. There is a traffic-free zone at the door, so there is no inconvenience from passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

The Old Glass Factory

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

You have a cozy furnished sitting bedroom. The use of the luxuriously furnished bathroom plus toilet is included and is not shared with others. In addition, you have your own entrance to the plot. We are very hospitable, and you can come to us with all your questions. Our space is only available for rent in combination with 1 or more overnight stays. Not just for a few hours. Nice cozy independent studio in Berg en Dal on the outskirts of Nijmegen and the woods (less than 500 m). The starting point of the famous N70 hiking trail is 1.5 km away, the studio is close to the route. Ideal location for (hiking) sports in the woods, a visit to Nijmegen city center or for overnight hospital visits. 3 km to the center of Nijmegen with the bus stop for line 8 300 m away. The three hospitals of Nijmegen are 1.5 to 6.5 km from the studio.

In the apartment, you will find all kinds of appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has its own entrance and balcony.

Welcome to our cozy guest house in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature areas such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. Nijmegen city center (8 km) is 15-20 minutes away. A bus stop with direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are within walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive.
