Lovely roomy holiday home, everything looked new and modern. In good central location with good access to public trasport. The park is good for quite relaxation, but there is still plenty to do for the children. Take mossy spray! The mosquitoes are very hungry! We only used the hot tub twice, as we were very busy visiting family and sites around Utrecht. Instructions on how to fill and drain it would have been helpfull. We also visited the lake across the road, which has a lovely sandy beach.

We stayed at the accommodation for 2 months. The location was very quiet and nice. The apartment was very comfortably furnished and had everything you need. Located in a holiday park. Unfortunately, the door lock is weird and sometimes can't be opened or closed, or only after the 20th try. Contact with Ineke was very quick and friendly.

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice cottage where everything is available. We had beautiful weather and therefore could also enjoy the garden and garden fireplace. The bathroom is spacious with a lovely shower. Just climb to the bed but that also sleeps wonderfully, a bit like you are in a tent, with birds chirping around you. Beautiful wooded area. Also nice that we could borrow bicycles. Through the forest, you can reach Doorn in no time. Repeatable!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location was great, quiet, but still well connected. We had a great long weekend with my parents at Marian's cottage. The cottage is very nice and decorated with attention to detail, making you feel right at home there. Upon arrival there were some snacks and a bottle of wine ready. The beds slept wonderfully. The cottage was even more spacious and beautiful than in the photos. Cozy seat in the back with wide views of meadows. Sheep (and when we were there many lambs) walk behind the house. That's fun entertaining. Also nice that there is a BBQ and a fire bowl. We were lucky with the weather; so we sat on the terrace a lot. The bikes provided were very convenient. The Wekeromse Zand is within walking distance. From the cottage you walk between the meadows to this nature reserve, ideal. Nice and quick contact with Marian.

Manja and Wouter were fantastic hosts. They took a lot of time for us and always asked us how our day was and gave great tips. The space is gorgeous. Equipped with attention to detail and everything you need. We will come back and can only recommend it to everyone.

A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!

Dorien was always easily accessible and made it very easy for us to find your way around. The cottage fully met our expectations and we felt very much at home there. The surroundings are wooded and invites you to walk and hike (our dog especially loved that!). In the places nearby you can shop and dine well. There are also a few nice excursion destinations. We will be happy to come back!
