Dean was so responsive and accommodating. We had an issue with the cable working properly but Dean responded immediately and within minutes, the issue was resolved. Dean is a great host!

Beautiful home in a peaceful, private location. We were so comfortable and felt right at home! The large open concept kitchen and living room were perfect for family cooking and visiting. Incredibly comfortable reclining couches in the living room. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening, in the screened in gazebo. Perfect Airbnb for a fall get away! We had a girls weekend and stayed at Kristie’s. She was super responsive and gave us a lot of recommendations in the area for activities, food/drink. She was very flexible with the units; offered for us to look at other available ones to see which we liked more for the weekend. Would definitely come back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Windsong Loft. The location was beautiful, nestled in the trees with a view of Canandaigua Lake. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood was friendly and helpful with directions. The driveway is steep but nothing a normal car can't handle. The loft was clean and exactly as pictured. Michael was responsive during our stay as we had a few questions regarding the Community Center and lake access. We really enjoyed having access to the community beach. The WiFi was mostly strong with a few slow times, but that didn't affect our ability to stream TV. The beds were comfortable, especially the bed in the loft which seemed to be memory foam. There was plenty of hot water and the ACs worked great to keep the house cool. The cherry on top of our great trip was seeing a deer laying down right near the back deck on our last morning. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to the Finger Lakes!

This place was better than expected. Very cozy and homey and clean. It was very peaceful looking out over the lake from the balcony and even right from the bed, I didn't even feel I needed to turn the TV on. It seemed like a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. They are awesome hosts!

We booked this for a siblings getaway, and it was perfect! The bedrooms were beautifully appointed upstairs and we had room for everyone. The location was perfect for walking around the village.

Such a great place to stay! Easy to cross the road to the lift, even for fairly young kids, will be coming back.

A wonderful base for an EVL long weekend. We were 2 families with 3 kids total. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Lots of parking with space to turn around. Beds and linens comfy. Literally next door to the grocery store and a very short walk to shops, cafes and restos. 5-10 min drive to Holiday Valley (great for those of us acting as the ski shuttle!!).
