LIVE YOUR GRANADA ADVENTURE in a central yet peaceful location. This apartment has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 1.50 x 2 m bed and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom (towels, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, etc.), and two further bedrooms with a 150 cm and a 90 cm bed, respectively, sharing a bathroom. Living room with plasma TV, sofa, and two rocking chairs. The apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware, and cutlery for four people, induction hob, cookware, juicer, blender, etc. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board. It also features: - Fiber optic Wi-Fi connection - Air conditioning - Heat pump NOTE!! It houses four apartments of different capacities: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the farmhouse. The Torreón house is culminating in the building. A bright duplex with a kitchen, private terrace and excellent views. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.
