Vacation rentals with a patio in Gerani

I had a lovely time here, tastefully renovated, useable spaces and close to the action by serenely quiet. Would come back in a heartbeat

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for an autumn vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house is clean, well-maintained, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything functioned as expected. One thing to note is that the hosts live on-site, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but their presence was definitely felt compared to other Airbnbs we stayed in so far. Nevertheless, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a well-kept, dog friendly space with hosts who are nearby to assist.

A lovely place in a cute village, surrounded by olive trees. A gorgeous view from the terrace. The house manager communicates very well, with fast, clear and friendly instructions. Special mention: the owners Elena and Michail also run a delightful restaurant 30min away. It is well worth going, for the food, the view, but most importantly to meet with them! They have been sooo incredibly welcoming and it was a treat to have a chat with them both. I definitely recommend

Our stay at Nikos' place was just amazing. The apartment was not only easy to find, but also extremely spacious and comfortable for two people. We liked the decor very much. The location is great, whether on foot or by car, you are quickly close to restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket that offers everything you need. We especially appreciated the garden, but it was temporarily affected by a construction site, which will be over soon. We will be happy to come back!

All around, everything worked very well. The technology and the condition in the apartment were also impeccable. Britta welcomed us personally with her husband and showed us everything in the apartment. She had sent us some links to restaurants and breakfast cafes in advance. These were very helpful. The area also seemed safe to me and on Wednesdays there is a weekly market at the doorstep. The way into the city was very easy and good to master. Also excursion destinations such as Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Gorge, Kournas Lake and Elafonissi Beach were easily accessible by car. If we vacation in Chania again, we'd love to stay with Britta again.

Aris was really the perfect host! The communication was top tier from beginning to end! The place was clean and beds were comfy. The views were beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Despoina’s Place for five sunny days. The apartment is not overlooked so you can open the door and lie in bed looking at the sea. Matala’s sandy beach and aquamarine water is just a few steps down. There’s a little cafe/bar next door and the lovely staff will bring your morning coffee or your beers to the terrace. We did nothing really, except sit on the beach and enjoy the sun. A couple of days were windy so the sand got blown about - if we’d have stayed longer we might have invested in a wind break. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful house ❤️ we felt at home. Beautiful quiet place with large terrace for dining at sunrise and sunset. In the middle of nature. Super comfortable beds and everything you need in the house. It has become our favorite place in Crete. Thanks very much Ioanna.

Feels like coming home. Beautiful garden, the premises are maintained with love. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into it, ont just a business. Everything provided that you might need plus a few nice extras like a ping-pong table. Ideal for (small) families and couples.

I come to Chania twice a year and this was certainly one of the very best Airbnbs I have rented. First of all, you can’t beat the location. Our hosts were so gracious and had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas. The house is quite spacious and well appointed and the kitchen is fully stocked. I highly recommend this property!

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Well-renovated apartment, very spacious and with every comfort available to guests. A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can admire the sunset and a well-kept garden make it truly special. Vaia, Nikolas and the whole family immediately proved to be helpful and hospitable, we remember them with affection and sympathy.

We had a lovely time in Kallergiana! The space was so lovely, clean, and special. I loved the unique architecture and minimalist interior. Our host was so helpful and responsive, she really went out of her way. Easy to get to the major beaches and plenty of good options in town. Maybe we’ll be so fortunate as to return!

We can go to Maria's place with confidence. We are welcomed as friends with treats, raki, fresh fruit and even eggs. Maria is always ready to answer any questions we may have.

Our experience was wonderful! I totally recommend Konstantinos as host and his lovely apartment! He is very kind and helpful <3! I was staying in Konstantinos apartment with my under school aged child was with me, and the apartment and surroundings were very good for a child too. Konstantinos had provided us with some toys also per my request. Our flight arrived late, so I had asked if Konstantinos could possibly go to buy some food to us to apartment, and he very helpfully did that prior our arrival! Bed was very good. Kichen had everything you can imagine needing and even more. The whole apartment was extremely clean and very new, stylish and modern. The view from the balcony was amazing, we just loved it! The swing on balcony was perfect! Location was perfect for us. Peaceful area, lovely animals around the house (we had possibility to visit them also!). You'd probably need car like we had, to comfortably get anywhere you like. Thank You so much Konstantinos! Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment with wonderful hosts. Anastasia and John were very welcoming and provided a lovely welcome basket alongside their book of extensive local recommendations. They were helpful with any questions we had and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The location is wonderful--close to the sea, just a 15-20 minute walk to the harbor, but a quiet oasis away from the town's activity when you want a break. The patio and comfy bed were such a treat, as was the kitchen for preparing some of our meals. We stayed here over 2 weeks and loved it. If you are in town on a Saturday, go to the farmers market and stay for lunch in one of the cafes! Thank you, Anastasia and John! We didn't want to leave.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

The apartment is as described , very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy access from the bus station, public bus no. 11, ticket zone A, while the walk towards the center is a pleasure because you walk practically all the time by the water. Very good contact with the owner of the apartment. To top it off, we were with a few months old baby, it was the need for a crib to sleep and here the biggest surprise, and it's a gigantic plus for the owner...because he just bought a crib for us, which is no extra bed or a tourist crib, and the truest wooden crib that met our expectations. Thank you😀 I recommend with all my heart and we will definitely come back 😀

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Spacious kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large balcony overlooking the sea. Quietly located a 15-minute walk from the old town.
