Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était conforme à la description, très propre et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, bus restaurant plage magasin à proximité . Agne a été très réactif. On recommande sans hésitation!

דירה נחמדה מאוד, שתי חדרי שינה נחמדים והדירה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת כשהגענו. מטבח מאובזר לגמרי, סלון גדול ומרפסת ענקית עם נוף לים. כדקה הליכה מחוף הים. באזור יש בתי קפה ומסעדות אבל הוא מרוחק כרבע שעה נסיעה מהאזור של המרינה, ששם המרכז.

Остались очень рады, что остановились у Рудольфа. Кажется, в жизни квартира выглядит даже лучше чем на фото. Удобная мебель, внутри просторно. Кухня оборудована качественной техникой, есть все и даже больше. Не забитая парковка, мы были на двух машинах, всегда было где припарковаться. Самый существенный недостаток это единственный комплект ключей и вход в подъезд по ключу, с вытекающими издержками (например, нужно спускаться из квартиры в подъезд чтобы впустить людей внутрь). Были тут зимой, полы очень холодные, так что советую взять теплые носочки или тапочки.

This place was incredibly easy to find, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that truly values nature and animals. The area is safe, clean, and filled with kind, well-educated Russian Cypriots, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself is cozy and instantly puts you in relax mode. From the balcony, the trees gently block out city lights, letting us enjoy the moon and stars all night long :) especially magical in April. Our dog was right there with us, feeling just as happy and at home. Such a pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended :)

Alexandros was a great host! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. We appreciated how quickly Alexandros responded to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again.

Organising and checking in with Stephen was very easy, and during our stay he resolved every little issue immediately. The house is exactly as described, an excellent experience!

Schöne Lage, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Sie bietet viel Platz für einen Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen. Die Kommunikation war unproblematisch, auf Anfragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert.

The apartment was very clean, location is right by the beach with a seaview from the balcony! The kitchen was fully equipped but the second bedroom may be a bit hot in the summer (no AC). Lilia was super helpful and responsive and it was a great experience overall.

Absolutely loved our stay here so much. We would love to stay again. After booking somewhere initially that was totally unsuitable, air B&B helped us to find this apartment, which was absolutely perfect. Very spacious, so clean and in the best location in Limassol in my opinion for what we needed. We had the use of a beautiful shared pool, which most the time we had to ourselves and we were right by the sea, so had regular sea swims. The apartment is close by to lots of amazing restaurants and shops. The host George was the most responsive host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he couldn’t do enough for us and answered any questions I had super quickly. This apartment is also only 10-15 mins from the German Oncology Centre which was great for us as we had to regularly attend there. Thank you for having us George. We hope to stay again early next year.

The appartement was exactly as in the photos, very nice surroundings, the beach is nearby, supermarket and restaurant, you can do everything on foot, it is highly recommended, the appartement would like to come back

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. My partner and I came for a conference in Limassol. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Alexis' place! By far, it is the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in, and it is also cozy and stylish. There was plenty of parking space for our rental car. Alexis is one of the best hosts and quick to respond! He gave very clear instructions on how to get to the place and the best recommendations on where to visit in Limassol and Cyprus, as we had a couple of free days to ourselves. We loved the location of his apartment and how quiet it is. The ocean is just across the street, and there are plenty of good restaurants, a large grocery store, and a pharmacy within walking distance. Two things may matter to some: first, the place is loft-style, with the bathroom on the ground floor and the bed on the second floor. Second, the nearest good coffee shop is about a 15-minute walk. If you must have gourmet coffee in the morning like my partner, you may want to drive instead of walking in the heat.

Ita a great location, 1 min from the beach and really close to Starbucks and other restaurants. The host was really nice and helped us with everything we needed I would highly recommend it!

Un logement impeccable pour qui veut du calme à qlqs 20 min de la vieille ville, à pied. A qlqs min de la plage Une literie de qualité, 2 accès à terrasse depuis chacune des chambres. Une très belle adresse :-)

Great apartment and location. The space is larger than the photos suggest and it is located right next to the beach. The host was very communicative and helpful. Very accessible to the bus line as well. Highly recommend if visiting.
