Newly renovated studio apartment, located 1.6km from the Republic Square. It is in a new building, in a safe neighborhood, on the top floor (no elevator). The apartment is 46sqm, bright and welcoming. There is a comfortable large queen bed, a lovely kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space. A 24h self check-in is available, high-speed (200mb/s) wifi and all that will make your stay comfortable. We have a wonderful view of Mount Ararat too!

This stylish studio located on the second floor has been newly renovated and designed to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (1 min walk to Opera, 7 min walk to Cascade, etc.). I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!
