Great short weekend getaway!

Timber Stays was the perfect little cabin getaway that my partner and I wanted. The cabin was just the right size for us and private enough for us to spend quality time with one another. The cabin was beautiful and was so well stocked with spices, kitchen tools, and pots/pans and they even gave us a free bottle of wine for our stay! The hot tub was everything we needed and more and so happy we got to stay here, we will definitely need to go back

Amazing stay! The cabin is in a beautiful, peaceful location with stunning views. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the quiet, and take a real tech detox. The hot tub was a great bonus for unwinding after a day of exploring. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend!

This cabin was fantastic! My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary by staying in the Blue Ridge area, as we got married at Crane Creek vineyards (about 45 minutes away). James was super helpful and the cabin was exactly as advertised. Absolutely perfect for our stay…and absolutely gorgeous surroundings! The weather was a bit of a bummer the first night because it was raining…as it turns out it was awesome because of the screened porch and the fantastic large swing. We had a great time and would wholeheartedly recommend this place…and James!😁

We had a wonderful time at Asheli and Cam’s place. The location is absolutely stunning and peaceful, we didn’t want to leave. The home was very clean and comfortable for our family. Our favorite spot was the fire pit on the river. We did have an issue with the gas fireplace not working, but they tried their best to resolve the situation during our stay. The listing does need to be updated with regard to the grills. We had hoped to use the gas grill pictured in the listing, but only the charcoal grill was available for use. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was a cozy and relaxing place to stay. It was very clean and very comfortable. The outdoor fire pit, along with the hot tub was an amazing place to relax and unwind. Would definitely return!

The Perfect Cabin Getaway – Peaceful, Cozy, and Exactly What We Needed I recently stayed at this cabin with friends, and it exceeded all our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, it was the perfect place to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature. The only sounds we heard were the wind in the trees and birds in the morning. At night, the sky was unbelievably clear — we could actually see stars, which felt surreal coming from the city. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were comfortable, and everything was easy. The outdoor grill and firepit area were definitely highlights — we spent hours just sitting around the fire, talking, and enjoying the quiet. Great reprieve for us and our pup. Had an amazing stay. Slept well. Enjoyed the quiet time but also watching our dog play around in the fenced in area. Perfect spot for a couple and their fur babies! The drive to town for dinner wasn’t too bad at all. The area is beautiful and the drive was actually enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The drive is definitely hilly but the road is paved, so no problems there. The house was clean and cozy and the beds comfortable. My favorite part was relaxing on the screened porch while the rain gently fell and I could hear all the toads from the nearby pond. There’s some close-by neighbors but the trees afford privacy and the elevation made us feel well above everything. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit one night while we roasted hot dogs and smores and star gazed. The best part of course is the fenced yard. My dog Darla had so much more space to chase the ball than our yard in the burbs and my older dog Gus loved patrolling the perimeter, spying on squirrels and wood peckers. We will absolutely come here again the next time we need a break from the city.

This cabin was a great find. We stayed here for the weekend and it didn’t disappoint. Private lot, play structure for kids and even some toys for them to play with. I will say that I do recommend taking a truck or suv. The road to the cabin is a little bumpy and unpaved but we had no trouble getting to the cabin. We would definitely stay again if we travel back to Ellijay!

John was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay and even followed up the next morning to ensure everything met our expectations. Communication was prompt and professional, and we truly appreciated their willingness to accommodate us on such short notice. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin. A great place to stay for a large family with plenty of games and things to do while on the grounds. The location was also perfect, not too far from things to do. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Loved the cabin. It was just as it was described. Would definitely arrive during the day time as we did struggle to find the house as there was no lights to show the cabin. But everything else was perfect…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Off the Grid! Greg’s cabin is definitely a slice of heaven and we are so grateful he chooses to share it with others. We hiked the property and surrounding areas. It’s super private, we had no problems locating cabin with Greg’s instructions! There were some pretty severe storms our first night and Greg checked in with us and was responsive to any needs. Cabin was super clean…this was the perfect space for our boys (8 and 11 year olds), our two dogs and my husband and I! We hope to stay here again in the very near future! Here’s to more adventures ahead at an amazing cabin!

This cabin was a wonderful stay in Blue Ridge. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The location gave you a private stay of the cabin and convenient to downtown Blue Ridge. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice and quiet area. Only complaint was the comfort of the bed. It was really hard to get comfortable at night. Outside of that, we were pleased with the stay. We really appreciated the binder with all the great local recommendations. Would book here again!

Great place and easy check-in! Marcin was very friendly, communicated well, and was very descriptive. The cabin was a little tricky to find. I would recommend driving a vehicle with off road capabilities. However, Marcin gave a great description and clear instructions on how to get to the cabin which made things easier. Looking ahead on Google Maps also helped us a ton in locating the cabin. Overall, it was a great little getaway for my husband and I. The cabin was private, quiet, and the hot tub made for perfect nights.

Wonderful stay with beautiful views!! You can tell this home was crafted with love by a caring owner. Might want to bring 4x4 or high clearance vehicle but my corolla made it to the top every time no issues. We cant wait to stay here again!

I took a solo trip to this home from FL to pray and spend alone time with God. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place to rest. It was remarkably clean and homey. I was fascinated with the view and could sit in the back yard for hours staring at it. I saw a cute little fox walk by which was sweet and I spotted several large hawks as well. The drive up and down the mountain was a shock for this FL girl but it was a fun adventure. Everytime I went up and down, no one else was on the road. I got such great sleep on the bed, it was super luxurious. Everything I needed to cook was there and was grateful there was a blender for my smoothies also. With Katie's help I found the "hidden" lake which was a nice little stroll. I love that this house settles between Blue Ridge & Ellijay. I chose to go downtown BR and spent a lot of time at mama's mountain cafe. Food and tea was excellent. Thank you for a restful week in the Lord.
