My place is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000 square meter garden. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of the island, lie in a deck chair, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. We completely renovated the approximately 200-year-old building of a former family-run bakery in 2017 and furnished a vacation apartment for 2 people on the upper floor of the rear building. The building complex is located on the historic market with the medieval church. From Gingst, start excursions to the wonderful landscapes of the island of Rügen, to the islands of Hiddensee and Ummanz or to a day trip to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
