This 1,600 square foot home has a stunning view overlooking the Tittabawassee River. With three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds it comfortably sleeps eight. There is a large dining room to enjoy family meals together. Complimentary coffee bar provided. The sunroom is warm, inviting and offers amazing views! The finished garage/game room gives you even more room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The large, deep, double lot has plenty of room for off-street parking. Enjoy excellent quality water from the artesian “flowing” well. There is a Generac generator so even mother nature can’t ruin your visit. Centrally located in Gladwin County in the “Wooden Shoe” area located near M-61 & M-30. Only 16 miles from I-75 and 21 miles from US-127. Gladwin County has thousands of acres of state land with trail systems for ORV adventures, Jeep rides, snowmobiling and much more. The “Gladwin Trail” portion is easily accessed from this property.

Enjoy a beautiful cottage on “Wixom Lake”. If you are not familiar with the area, in May 2020 dams failed changing the landscape. Although there currently is no water this retreat will provide you a unique getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through.
