The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa corner (sofa bed) with a large color TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/toilet. Hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels/linens are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and wheels are available.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Glasauer Coach House

Our beautiful holiday apartment is located in the former "coachman's house" adjacent to the Glasau farmyard. The apartment, with its oven, terrace and a garden surrounded by laurel, invites you to relax and feel good both in summer and winter. The area is characterized by a varied landscape - small forest areas, fields surrounded by hedges, large and small lakes. Baltic Sea beaches such as Scharbeutz, Timmendorf and Haffkrug are easy to reach within 20 minutes.

The holiday apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. Rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bathtub and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Only a 10-minute walk away is a beach bar right on Haffkrug’s sandy shore. A great place for couples, families & friends who love a high-quality and cozy interior.

In the garden under the apple trees you can relax or sit comfortably together, barbecue available! A sandbox or ping pong table is available for the kids. In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on nearby Lake Ratzeburg or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding celebrations are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace. We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.
