We are just a short drive to the Sand Dunes, Vineyards of Leelanau Peninsula and Old Mission Peninsula, and Traverse City. Outdoor opportunities to hike, swim, fish and boat abound in this area. We rent all four seasons.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and a view of Glen Lake when you stay in this unique Dome House. It is secluded but close to Glen Arbor, Crystal River, Palmer woods MTB trails, Glen Lake, and hikes on Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. The house is perched up on a hill with a wrap around deck to enjoy the views and an outdoor fire pit also with a view of Glen Lake. Or enjoy the view from inside with the wood stove. Within a 5 min drive you can get to a public access for Glen lake or Lake Michigan.

1 Bdrm Private Apartment (Milk Chocolate) at GDC

Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi! From it's large breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan a Leelanau adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

The Bear Cub Aframe

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Soo House

Soo is a very fun cedar shake cabin on 15 forested acres, surrounded by trails, a loon call from Glen Arbor. This scandi-eclectic, cozy spot is a dappled dirt road away from Port Oneida/Good Harbor Bay Beaches and Pyramid Point. Soo stewards a half-mile of private trails on the property itself and borders 27+ miles of maintained MTB/hike/ski trails via the Palmer Woods and Krumwiede Forest Reserves. Soo is the unique family basecamp for your Sleeping Bear Nat'l Lakeshore adventures!
