The house was large, with two lovely large bathrooms and good beds/mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and with a good fireplace. The house is located with a beautiful view of a water and you see an old church at the end of the water. Lovely beautiful, peaceful and harmonious view. Nice hiking opportunities in the woods right on the other side of the road. Very nice little hike through the forest with irr green moss, and a lovely view of water, forest and sky at the top. If we had more time, we should have walked more along possibly around the water and looked at the cute Swedish living rooms and farms around the water. We really enjoyed our stay at Chalies place! Everything was clean and comfortable, the cabin had everything we needed and it was just a 10 min drive to the alpine resort. Charlie was a great host and answered any questions quickly. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in the house as a group of 6 boys for a few days to get away from everyday life in Germany. The house has a beautiful location and is very nicely furnished. We used all the offers well, the sauna and the hot tube are really great. If you just want to switch off, you can just sit in the boat and paddle out on the lake. It's very quiet and the views in nature are an absolute pleasure, especially in the evening. Communication with Pelle must also be mentioned positively. Reachable at any time and totally helpful with good tips for offers in the area if you want to experience some action or just keep one (or more) fishing in the water. The only point that is a little negative is that the nearest real shopping is quite a bit away. But that depends on the person, of course. All in all, however, you can really recommend this house. We were very enthusiastic about it.

We had a peaceful 4-night stay, just what my husband and I looked for. The cottage fits the environment yet it has all needed comforts from a well-equipped kitchen to a quick-drying modern bathroom. The small outdoor hot water pool with views, heated with wood, is super cozy! Our recommendations for visiting nearby places: - Jutulhogget: a nice hike and amazing canyon views (!) + Nekfallet waterfall, impressive in April after snow has melted. - Røros UNESCO world heritage mining village, a great deal of local history and traditions, its about 2.5h away by car but it’s worth it.
