The apartment no. 4 (50m²) in Villa Fernblick is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is a 2-minute walk away by private road. The National Park and the port are also about a 5-minute walk away. The Whg has a living-bedroom, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlight are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

100m from the beach (in the house sea view) the apartment is ideal for a beach holiday. With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather permitting 1.6.-30.09.). We hope you can spend many beautiful hours in it! But you can also relax in the sauna or in the in-house pool or make yourself comfortable with a book or game in the apartment.

Central but quiet location. 10 minutes' walk to 2 beaches, a few steps to the church with a viewpoint over the Mönchgut peninsula. Ideal for up to 2 people. A few steps to the town centre with various shopping facilities (e.g. REWE 7-21h) and laundry. A perfect starting point for many leisure activities (swimming, hiking, cycling) Bicycles can be connected to a bicycle hanger under one roof.

In our rustic, natural and idyllic garden, there are 2 small bungalow apartments "Sanddorn" and "sunflower", where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a small fishing village on the water. The small apartments can accommodate 2 persons persons and are located on our invisible courtyard. A Finnish wood-burning stove sauna (25€) can also be booked additionally.
