Very nice and modern apartment, nice outdoor area with pool. All as described.

We had a lovely family holiday in the 2 apartments. It was very clean and well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and games room. The outside kitchen area with bbq was great and there was no need to go indoors to cook/eat.

If you are visiting Zadar and you have the budget, you dont need to look for anything else. By far my best experience of AirBNB. The host is extremely friendly and super responsive. We wanted a short extension (around 1 hour) for checkout and she did not rush us out, gave us ample time. The place itself is extraordinary with a huge terrace facing the ocean in centre. Very lively place with all good restaurants and bars in walking distance. The host is very thoughtful and kept the house stocked with all necessary amenities. She also gave a bottle of wine and pack of chocolates as welcome gift. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting zadar.

Verdana’s apartment is ideal for a short stay at Zadar. It is very clean & just as shown in the photos. It is about 25mins walk along the coastal path into the heart of the old town. The walk is very pleasant, safe & lit at night. Verdana was very helpful & recommended excellent restaurants in the old town. We recommend staying at Verdana’s.

Great modern villa with a handy supermarket just over the road. Felt very clean, had three large double rooms and a swimming pool (which sadly I didn't get to use due to the weather) Private at the time I was there as the neighbor in the house that overlooks was away. The host had great communication with me throughout the stay and I felt safe and comfortable in the location. Unfortunately during my stay they were digging up the road so it was very noisy most of the day. A real shame as I currently live on a building site at home and would loved some quiet- but that is no fault of the owner- just unfortunate. The weekends were blissfully quiet though- with the chickens clucking away instead. Loved the little apartment round the back- super en suite shower room! Thank you for a great stay and I hope you got to enjoy some of the food and drink I left for you too! :)

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Antonija was very flexible with the check-in time and was very responsive. The location is close to the beach and to supermarkets and nice restaurants.

Dario was very flexible and kind despite the language barrier. Her place is cozy and very comfortable for four people. As we were cold, we get wood to light the fireplace and warm up the house! We recommend this place! 😃

Ivan makes you feel right at home. Checking in with him was extremely pleasant as he is multilingual [Croatian, English, German] All necessary aids were available and much more (coffee maker, hairdryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). All the questions we had were answered via Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire vacation was rounded off in a special way, starting with the welcome snack platter to his wife's homemade apple strudel. There was also a great amusement at the end. We will definitely be back. Came as guests, left as friends. We've rarely met such an attentive host. If we could, we would give MORE than 5 stars. The apartment is right on the beach, there is a marina for clocks and mopeds just a short walk away, there are a lot of restaurants in the area. The apartment is 100% as described. The owner was very kind and helpful, despite the agreed check out by 10 a.m., we could not stay for a fee until late in the afternoon so we could go to the airport at our convenience. Thank you so much and we recommend goroco this place to other guests. We will be back with pleasure.
