Idyll in Roztocze — Sopot House

We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. A house on the edge of the Roztocze National Park forest, where time passes more slowly. The house is prepared for a comfortable stay of 12 people. But if necessary, we can accommodate 20 adults and 5 children under the age of 3. The property is air-conditioned, has 6 rooms with bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace. You can park your car in a large parking lot. In the garden you will find a place for a bonfire, a playground, a mega sun lounger, a sunny terrace, a hot tub, a sauna, a heated indoor pool and a terrace with a barbecue.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). There are numerous amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, bicycles, hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue gazebo, covered terrace, fireplace. You can also use the Finnish sauna in our house. The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. Baby Agi cabin is a home with a soul where you can truly feel peace and quiet. It is surrounded by a garden full of greenery, a large terrace with sun loungers, a hammock, a fire pit, and a barbecue. Here you can have a coffee with a sunrise view, spend an evening over wine, or just lie down with a book. Domek Szmaragdowy is part of the Derylovka complex in Zamość. Modern 6-person cottage: *two bedrooms *living room with sofa bed *bathroom with shower *fully equipped kitchen *terrace with a fenced plot *private hot tub with hydromassage (PLN 250, each additional day of use PLN 50) Located at the back of the plot, it offers complete privacy and beautiful views of meadows, fields, and the panorama of Zamość. ​Ideal as a base for exploring Roztocze, with easy access to the city's attractions. ​Pets are welcome (PLN 100/stay).

The manor house is located among endless fields and forests. The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

Nook Apartment Zamość Old Town

New, stylishly finished apartment in a 1929 tenement house near the Old Town. Fully equipped, perfect for short and long stays for groups of up to 4 people. We accept pets. Free parking. Perfect base. A bedroom with a 160x200 bed with a very comfortable mattress will ensure a comfortable sleep. The sofa bed can accommodate another 2 people. Away from the asphalt, the hustle and bustle of cars, the daily grind and duties. "Sielsko" is a place where you can listen to the singing of the forest, watch nature, relax, stop rushing and just be. The picturesque, nearly 100-year-old cottage is located in the beautiful forests of Lipsko Polesie, in Roztocze (between Zamość and Krasnobród). The cottage stands on a half-hectare, fenced, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. This is a place for an urban detox!
