La nostra permanenza è stata di nostro gradimento, il posto è fantastico e abbiamo apprezzato la cura dei dettagli dell'appartamento. Martinscica è un vero toccasana per anima e corpo.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort. Es ist ein idealer Ort zum Ruhe finden, lesen, Spiele spielen, die Zeit mit seinen Lieben zu genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Und auch die Gastgeber sind super zuvorkommend und freundlich! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, für jeden der dem Alltag entfliehen möchte. 😊🌸

The place exceeded our expectations—it's even better than the pictures! The apartment is spacious with a beautiful terrace draped in grapevines during August. The bedroom’s large balcony offers a stunning sea view. Everything was spotless and smelled fresh upon arrival. The location is ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the city center, where there are plenty of restaurant options. Zeljo, the host, was incredibly friendly and always available when we needed anything. I highly recommend both the apartment and Zeljo, and I’ll definitely return next time!

Petite maison au cœur de la vieille ville. Accessible à pied et avec la voiture assez proche. C’est plus grand que ce que l’on s’imagine sur les photos. Il y a des moustiquaires, des volets et c’est très calme la nuit. À quelques minutes à pied du port, animé le soir et idéal pour une balade ou un restaurant. Kata est très sympathique, disponible en cas de besoin, ils habitent juste au dessus. Possibilité de mettre des vélos dans la sas d’entrée.

Lidija a été tellement gentille et aux petits soins pour nous, c’est très agréable. Elle était présente à notre arrivée ainsi qu’à notre départ. Les horaires sont flexibles. Le logement est neuf et d’une propreté remarquable. Il dispose des équipements mentionnés sur l’annonce. Il est très bien situé à un endroit stratégique sur l’île de Krk. Je recommande !! Merci encore !

The hosts were really nice and friendly. The appartment was clean and cosy, yet smaller than it looks on pictures, but more than enough for two people and a dog. It is located in a nice town with very close access to various beaches (even dog friendly) and good choice of restaurants in the area. Parking charge in the summer.

great place! renovated with love and an aesthetic eye which is rare on the island. the best equiped kitchen we ever had in a holiday appartement - and we really love cooking. martinšćica is a wonderful quiet place and meta a hospitable, lovely and fine host. we completely enyojed our short stay and do highly recommand metas beautiful place.

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Gute Lage mit toller Aussicht. Ruhig und erholsam. Schöne Strände und Orte nicht weit mit dem Auto entfernt. Check in und Out hat alles super geklappt.

Vi havde et skønt ophold- virkeligt dejligt hus m skønne udearealer, pool, terrasser, loungeområde, havemøbler mm. Bernard er en virkelig sød og hjælpsom vært, som passede godt på os og som gav os gode tips til ting at lave, bl a en helt fantastisk bådtur m Bakar taxiboats og indkøb ligesom der også er en oversigt af dette i huset. Så hyggelig bugt og autentisk lille by m mange svømmesteder i bugten.

Appartment entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. sehr großer und gemütlicher Balkon! Ein paar Stufen bis zum Meer mit Strandbar. Die Promenade am Meer sind wir dann 6km gegangen, bis Opatija Stadt und weiter. Sehr gute Restaurants. Die Wohnung hat alles!!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Am besten hat mir die Aussicht gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade, von wo man schön lange an der Küste spazieren kann und Restaurants sind auch direkt erreichbar.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Ferienhaus von Leni und Zoran. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, sie waren immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist super für groß und klein und die gemeinsame Nutzung mit den anderen Familien hat einwandfrei geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage hat für angenehme Nächte gesorgt. Man kann zu Fuß ans Meer und erreicht mit dem Auto viele schöne Ziele (Strände, Städte, Krk) in kurzer Zeit. Ante è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i letti nuovi e belli larghi il balcone con vista mare e la cucina ben attrezzata. La casa era pulita e molto confortevole, l’ascensore era molto comodo ler portare su i bagagli e la signora Davorka è molto simpatica. La sera prima di partire dal balcone abbiamk visto anche i delfini.

L'alloggio è accogliente e pulito ed è dotato di cucina, frigo, aria condizionata e caldaia per acqua. Abbiamo soggiornato in due e siamo stati comodi. La vista al tramonto è mozzafiato! Inoltre, è ben posizionato per poter usufruire di una spiaggia libera a pochi minuti di cammino, con mare stupendo e dotata di docce gratis e bar. Il centro col porticciolo turistico ed un supermercato è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto: parcheggio gratis oppure a pagamento 1€ per ora. Vicino casa ci sono varie locande, alcune veramente da provare. Ringraziamo Sanya per la gentilezza e la disponibilità.

tolle herzliche Gastgeber. im Haus findet man alles was man braucht, genügend Handtücher, alle Utensilien in der Küche, die Ausstattung ist super. man hat sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz etwa 100m entfernt. Einzig ein weiterer Ventilator wäre gut, da das eine Schlafzimmer keinen hat und es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiss war.

Das Appartement entsprach alles in allem unseren Erwartungen. Frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche haben wir ohne Nachfrage erhalten. Wir wurden sogar reichlich mit Eiern der eigenen Hühner versorgt. Der Strand war zwar fussläufig erreichbar. Der Weg dorthin war aber schon beschwerlich. Wir sind daher zum Baden zum nahegelegenen Strand beim Kamp Glavotok gefahren.

Great place to relax and unwind. Beautiful views and amazing beaches near by - short walk. Accommodation has everything one might need with a local shop and restaurant less than 5 min walk away. The hosts are very friendly! Thank you Matija and Isabelle!

Lionelo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und uns mit guten Empfehlungen für die Umgebung versorgt hat. Das Apartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - wir haben nichts vermisst. Von der großzügigen und privaten Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über das Meer und auf spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben die Zeit in Lionelos Apartement sehr genossen.

La casa è molto accogliente e perfettamente attrezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la terrazza e il silenzio. La spiaggia, a due passi, è meravigliosa e i tramonti fantastici. Hania e Angela sono state gentilissime e hanno sempre reagito velocemente ai nostri messaggi. Grazie mille! Torneremo sicuramente.

10 out of 10. I want to come back to Nives house again. This place is one of those rare findings you want to keep it for yourself and don't tell anyone about it, to avoid competition in booking again at Nives place for your next summer holiday. I really don't want to tell you how nice the host and all her family are (they don't live in the house, but if you are lucky you get to meet them), how clean the room and bathroom are, how great the view from the window is, how amazing is having a private beach, with garden and outdoor grill for lunches, how perfect the location is (5 minutes walk or less from the town center, food store, post office, restaurants, atm, but at the same time very peaceful and away from crowds), how comfortable is having a free private parking space by the house (letting you explore the island carefree anytime you want), and how helpful are bikes provided for free by the host that let you explore the beautiful coast arround Cres town, dotted with olive trees (surrounded by stunning stone walls), pine trees and beaches. So yes, it was a fantastic experience.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Appartement von Jadranka verbracht. Die Wohnung war super sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Balkon ist sogar größer, als auf den Fotos und hat einen ganz tollen Blick auf die Promenade und den Yachthafen. Obwohl man nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt benötigt, ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Jadranka war sehr herzlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns zwischendurch sogar mit einer Spezialität der kroatischen Küche überrascht. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns steht fest, dass wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen.
