This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The house was awarded in the 1990s by various architectural newspapers. The unique pool studio "Agua" is round and perfectly matches the organic style of the rest of the house. From the bright maritime space, it's just steps to the large swimming pool. The sauna is right next to the studio. The studio has a small kitchenette and comfortable sitting area, a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
