Eberg Farm is a newly restored villa built in 1868. Surrounded by a spacious garden, centrally located in Trondheim, 50 m from metro bus and airport bus, 2.5 km from Trondheim city center, 2 km from NTNU Dragvoll and Estenstadmarka, 3 km from Ladestien along the fjord, 15 minutes walking distance to NTNU Gløshaugen,. The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly renovated apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1st floor: Hall with wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious hallway.

We rent our bright and cozy home on Angelltrøa. Here are large nice green areas with many playgrounds and lots of families with children. It is a quiet area and the distance to the city centre is approximately 5 km. There are good bus connections just nearby. In addition, there is a short distance to various grocery stores, library, Voll farm, pharmacy and gym. In our house there are many toys for both small and larger children. We also have bikes, PlayStation, nintendo switch, sledges, slide and these outside. Welcome!

Cozy and central apartment in a quiet area

Spacious and nice apartment located close to the city center. Bus stop is 2 min away and with Bus 22 that goes directly to the city center in 13 min or Bus 13 that goes to Sirkus Shopping/Lade. Short distance to the viewpoint Kuhaugen and Tyholttårnet which offers great views. The apartment is quiet and without noise. Large double bed (180) and a large sofa that is not a sofa bed, but which can be used as a bed anyway. Free parking outside the apartment, washing machine and dryer and kitchen with equipment.

Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Quiet surroundings & a 15-minute drive to the city centre

Velkommen til leiligheten min i et rolig strøk. Den har alt du trenger. Soverom med stor dobbeltseng, ekstra madrass, bad, stue, kjøkken og balkong. Gratis parkering ved registrering, noe som jeg kan ordne med. Kun 15 minutter med bil til sentrum. For kollektivreisende så er det tre minutter å gå til bussholdeplass. Derfra tar det 10 minutter med buss til Sirkus Shopping Senter hvor det er videre overgang til sentrum som tar 10 minutter. Det er fine turmuligheter rett i nærheten.
